Hey guys!! This video is my fitness journey! I recently lost 15 lbs of fat without dieting, without tracking macros, and without a personal trainer! I included lots of before and after pics, real tips, and my whole story from gaining the weight to losing it! I want to emphasize that the best changes you can make are lifestyle changes that are sustainable and make you happier, not restricting yourself so you can quickly drop 10 lbs and then gain it right back. Weight loss is a slow process but it can be incredibly rewarding and improve your mood, life, and appearance!

This is my personal weight loss story, not necessarily what will work for everyone. I am not suggesting anyone lose weight, I simply hope to inspire some people to make positive changes to their lifestyle to improve their quality of life and enjoy themselves more while being healthy!

Watch this if you can’t lose the weight. This is my weight gain / weight loss journey. How you can finally lose the weight.

Hi folks!

Years of failure was washed away and success was finally introduced when I followed these steps. That is the ONLY thing that changed this time versus the 5 years of insanity (going through the same motions and expecting different result.)

In order to achieve something you’ve never had, you must do something you have never done. Get outside of your comfort zone and RAISE YOUR STANDARDS of achievement. Develop your reason for WHY you want it, set small achievable goals to get there, have fun along the way, enjoy the process, seek progress not perfection, and the world is yours for the taking.

Who do you want to be?
Fit your mental image.

TAKE AWAY POINTS:

1) What is your Why?
– What’s Pulling You??? Find your strongest motivation to continue on!
2) Set Small Goals.
– Take it one step at a time, don’t try to go up the two story staircase in one jump.
3) Trust the Process
– You gotta believe and know if you stay consistent, you will find success.
4) Not a Diet but a Lifestyle Change.
– Massive habitual changes and adjustments provide lasting results.
5) No Black and White Thinking.
– This is NOT short term. Have room for fun. Don’t seek perfection. You must live your life and return your long term HABITS time after time.

PS: I know the results are not as drastic but the slight change has made me feel happy about myself given the fact that I didn’t rely on numbers.

UPDATE: 3rd hook nako 🙂 after 13 days. iba iba ang response ng katawan sa corset please please if youre using this pakiramdaman mo kung kaya o pinipilit mo lang, magkaiba yun bes ha. Do it gradually, mararamdaman mo naman na need na lumipat hook pag nagsstomach in kana usually may space na or luwag na sya.

Alam ko din na madaldal ako. 😁 Salamat sa pagtitiis. haha

TMI to pero naiirita ako sa pagkakalift ng boobs while wearing the corset. Kasi parang arrow maka turo sa hilaga. haha pistea. 😂

Saka medyo mahirap huminga pag nakasakay sa jeep. Magtubig ka lagi kasi nagpapawis tiyan mo para di ka ma dehydrate.

Progress would vary from one person to another at sa sipag mo magsuot nito okay?

Pwede sa lalaki? Oo! May ibang uri for guys yung walang curve.

Important tips:
– Diet and exercise will surely give you better results than mine

– Make sure you have the right size

– If you have back issues please consult your doctor, don’t self medicate using this product.

– Use it after waking up with an empty stomach

– Make sure rested from the item before taking a bath

– Don’t use it in your sleep (kahit sabi nila okay lang)

– Don’t do High Intensity workout with it. Light exercises will be the best, cleaning or walking will do.

– Listen to your body and stop eating when you feel full, eat the rest later.

– Take it one day at a time, slowly but surely. Don’t rush moving up the levels or wearing it for a long period of time. Listen to your body.

– Just commit to wearing it and you should see results
