– Take half an inch of ginger, and cut it into small pieces. Then take a lime, and extract the juice out of it. Boil the lime peel and ginger in 2 cups of water for about 5 minutes. When the time is up, strain the boiled mixture, add the lime juice, and finish it off by adding 1 tsp of honey.
– Mix 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water. Drink this mixture twice a day. You can also add a little bit of honey for a better flavor and effect!
– Extract the juice from half a lemon, and add it to a glass of warm water. Then you can add 2 tsp of honey. Stir it once again, and drink the mixture right away.
– Add 2 tbsp of cinnamon to a cup of warm water, and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Then add 1 tbsp of raw honey to the mix, and stir it to make sure that all the ingredients make a well-combined drink. It’s better to drink this solution on an empty stomach.
– Squeeze the juice of a lime, chop some raspberries, and put it all in your blender along with half a cup of water. Wait until the ingredients blend into a pureed mixture, and consume!
– Wash 1 cup of parsley leaves, and then blend them. Add the juice of half a lemon and a bit of honey to the blended leaves.
– Chop half a sliced cucumber, a lemon, and a medium-sized grapefruit. Put all of the ingredients in the blender, and add a cup of water and a couple of mint leaves if you like them.

Hey guys!! This video is my fitness journey! I recently lost 15 lbs of fat without dieting, without tracking macros, and without a personal trainer! I included lots of before and after pics, real tips, and my whole story from gaining the weight to losing it! I want to emphasize that the best changes you can make are lifestyle changes that are sustainable and make you happier, not restricting yourself so you can quickly drop 10 lbs and then gain it right back. Weight loss is a slow process but it can be incredibly rewarding and improve your mood, life, and appearance!

This is my personal weight loss story, not necessarily what will work for everyone. I am not suggesting anyone lose weight, I simply hope to inspire some people to make positive changes to their lifestyle to improve their quality of life and enjoy themselves more while being healthy!

Yes! It’s possible.  Some of these tips might make you serial dieters a little uncomfortable, however I want you to go into this video with an open mind.  I don’t know about you, but as I’ve gotten older, I feel like my body has let me down! And I’ll be completely honest with you… I’ve dieted.  And that is one of the worst things you can do for your metabolism.  So my goal with this video is to help you reset your body and lose weight WITHOUT dieting.


1 – LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT DIETING.  When you restrict calories, you DO lose weight, BUT you also lose muscle! Your body’s job is to adapt, so at first when you restrict, you lose a lot of weight, but if you continue to restrict the body adapts by holding on to everything you put in it and burning LESS calories!  You should be eating a diet that is high in Micronutrients.

2 – YOU NEED MUSCLE. Muscle is what you need to burn fat and calories.  Muscle is what helps our body stay young!  If you want to lose weight, you should be lifting a minimum of 3 to 4 days a week.

3 – KNOW YOUR NUMBERS.  The average person is under estimating what they’re consuming and over estimating what they’re burning.  So figure out what the right ratio is for your diet.  You’ve got to eat the RIGHT amount of fats, proteins, and carbs!

If so, this research from the Salk Institute for Biological Studies might be your solution to losing weight without having to follow a strict diet.

Researchers split mice into two groups. Each group was fed the same amount of calories per day, but there was one big difference.

One group was allowed to graze on those calories all day long.

The other group had their feeding time restricted to a 12-hour window.

At the end of the study, the all-day-grazers were obese, but the time-restricted eaters were lean.
